• Each person may only one account can manage. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Your account password must be kept secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your password.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KP33 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

The following rules apply when making a deposit at KP33:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved channels.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.
• KP33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, charges from your payment provider may apply.

If suspicious transactions or potential money laundering are identified, KP33 may temporarily or permanently suspend the account in question and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

The following terms apply to withdrawals from KP33:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Every withdrawal request is reviewed, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes takes time.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (over ৳50,000 BDT).
• Winnings earned through bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

The following rules apply to all KP33 bonus and promotional offers:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers at the same time.
• Each offer includes its own bonus validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the relevant account and bonus.
• KP33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting and gaming on KP33:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error has occurred.
• Live betting is available after an event has started, but odds may change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• KP33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a software error.
• Maximum bet limits are set separately for each event and game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KP33 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
